My overall experience here has been excellent. The pool is great in the summer, including management-sponsored pool parties which are actually fun. There are gas grills in every courtyard that I use almost daily when the weather is nice. Noise from neighbors is practically non-existent, although being next to the Civic Center parking lot can occassionally be VERY loud...but on the flip side I have a great skyline view. The apartments themselves are nice, and the complex is well-kept also. Management can be a little strict about rules (dog-sitting in my case), but they are competent and get any requests handled promptly and properly. The huge fence, gated entrance, and 24 hour security guard make me feel pretty safe in the complex...outside the complex can be sketchy at night (as can all of downtown Atlanta). On the whole, I would definitely recommend this complex.
