Pretty nice

Since I lived here a few years ago things may have changed but hopefully not dramatically. My experience living here was great. Great location, great apartment, cool neighbors, and decent staff.
I lived in a two bedroom/two bath with a sunroom which was perfect for my roommate and I. The floorplan was huge and gave both of us the space and privacy we needed.
We never had any real maintenance issues but the minor ones we had were addressed promptly.
Friends enjoyed coming to visit and there was always ample parking.
Although the apt. is located in midtown the noise was minimal. The only time I had a problem was during Music Midtown, Peachtree Road Race, and any other city-wide social event. All said, however, it was worth it to be so close to everything. Occassionally my neighbors would have pool parties that got too loud but the apartment staff quickly handled it. There was a nice security guard who kept an eye out for us at night so I felt very safe.
The leasing staff could have used some improvement but I tried not to deal with them much.
The property is a bit expensive but it was actually the cheapest one in midtown so I was pleased.
So- if you like to be in the middle of it all and can afford midtown prices I'd recommend it.
