I have read the previous reviews of this community and really wanted to share my experiences as well. I lived at Post Renaissance for one year, and was terribly unhappy with the property. If you are going to live in midtown, there are plenty of nice and new communities that you should look at before going here!
The property was just poorly maintained! My neighbor upstairs had a leak in their bathroom and it was causing water damage to my walls. I alerted the front office, and they dispatched someone to PAINT the wall. The bathroom developed a mold, it was spreading throughout the bathroom ceiling and walls. Once again, the front office eventually sent someone out to paint the room. Thank god my lease was up so I was able to get out of there before it got too bad.
A word of warning about the office as well. It seemed like there was a new manager ever month, so there was no real stability for the residents. I haven't lived in a lot of apartment communities in my days, but the other ones that I have lived at had MUCH friendly staffs.
If you are going to spend the money, go somewhere else. There are plenty of great places to live in midtown. Don't waste your money on this place! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
