I have just been reading the reviews posted here for my community and must say (and laugh out loud) at the ridiculous statements that have been made. First of all, the mugging occured well off Post Renaissance property according to the Atlanta Police Dept. Also, the individuals mugged were so intoxicated, it took them several attempts to remember exactly what street they were even on. This probably played a factor in the response time of the Courtesy Officer as well. He was well aware that the on duty officers were handling the incident and since his only responsibility (as the Courtesy Officer)is to incidents that occur within the gates of the property there was no need for him to further complicate the investigation.
I have had many dealings with office staff, and never found them to be anything other than extremely professional, and more than helpful. I have even been suprised at how far above and beyond my expectations they have gone.
Sounds to me like someone didn't get their way on a very unreasonable request and is now making a very childish attemt to slander the name of a very reputable property management company. I have lived here for several years and have no intention of leaving. I know several of my neighbors who will tell you the same thing.

The authority with which this reviewer talks about the duties of the courtesy officer would suggest this was written by management, not a tenant. Why would a tenant feel so obligated to defend "a very reputable property management company" with such vigor? I guess you don't have to be very smart to get these jobs...
