I have lived in this complex since November 2003. Overall I consider this to be the best apartment that I have lived in downtown. The leasing staff is small and seems to know a lot of the residents that come into the office, which has impressed me because any of the other complexes that I have lived in forgot who I was as soon as I signed the lease. David was my leasing agent and he was so nice and helpful with everything. I have dealt with him on several occasions after that and he has always strived to go above and beyond in any way that he could. The apartments are a little aged. If the cabinetry in the bathrooms and kitchen were updated this would help a lot. If you can help it try not to get an apartment with a stairwell next to the bedroom. It can get annoying at times to have people stomping up and down them. Overall I am pleased to be here.
