Compared to other places I've lived, the staff and premises are great. Any problem I have gets fixed within 24 hours. My neighbors are cool and very helpful. I haven't had any problems out of any of the residents. With the exception of Music Midtown, there's never any noise around this neighborhood. The grounds are beautiful and the view of downtown is awesome. It's like having the serenity of the suburbs in the middle of midtown. The complex is well-located. Everything you need is literally right around the corner...at least 5 large grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants (fast food and sit-in), cleaners, gyms, etc. It's all just a short drive or walk away. The interstate is just up the street, and there's never any traffic getting into or out of the complex. I have a studio apartment, but it is very spacious, good quality and has an excellent view of the city. The rent is well worth the convenience, safety and quality I get from living here. I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone who doesn't mind paying a little extra for convenient, comfortable living in Midtown Atlanta. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
