Looking to renew lease...

I absolutely love living here. I've been here 22 months and don't have any regrets. The location is very convenient to GaTech and GSU, as well as Midtown, the Highlands, Buckhead (shoot straight up Piedmont), and Downtown. What more could you want'
I have no problems with noise, and three maintenance requests I put in were handled immediately and correctly. Only real problem is the window insulation...not very good, but only noticeable the rare days the temperature drops below freezing.
I love jogging along the tree-shaded street, and we have great access to bike paths. The fitness room is also really nice--recently refurbished--and can save a big gym fee. When friends visit this place from other cities, they can't believe the price, the location, or the quality, let alone the combination of all three.
I would not recommend living here if you need to use the MARTA rail a lot; the station is called "Civic Center" but it isn't really at the Civic Center. MARTA bus to GSU is pretty convenient though.
There have been reports of car break-ins (which the management reported to residents in letters), but I honestly don't know of anywhere in Atlanta that this isn't a problem. I see the security guard riding around on a golf cart very frequently.
I'm soon moving to Austin, TX, for a new job, but I wish I could take this appartment and its great view with me!
