PRICEY BUT WORTH IT

Considering the fact that I found this apartment while I was on an internship abroad, and all correspondence was via e-mail, I am happy to say that I like this apartment a lot. The constant maintenance of the property (gardening, cleanliness, etc), overall hospitality of employees, scenic view of the city, rapid response to renter needs, and the convenience of public grills, have made my stay here (10 months) pleasant. One of the main problems with the apartment is the inevitable rise in monthly gas bills ($80-100) during the winter season because they deal with Infinite Energy that will only give a lower fixed rate if the entire complex agrees to the contract. Another concern would be the failure to tend to the growing rat problem. You can literally see rats running across the driveway, or in front of your patio door which is quite disturbing. Overall, you do get what you pay for, so I guess I can not complain.
