I've lived here 8 years - love it

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
I have lived here for 8 years in two different apartments in two different buildings. I've loved it for the following reasons:
1. great location - downtown, near shopping, groceries, two blocks from interstate access, but no traffic in this neighborhood.
2. beautiful grounds - beautifully landscaped, maintained, free of trash, the security gates actually work 99.9% of the time, unlike so many other apartment complexes.
3. wonderful management - eager to help with any concern, maintenance issues have always been handled within 24hours or less.
4. ample covered parking - guests never have a problem parking, no need to fight over reserved spaces, no need to walk in the rain.
5. Great construction - I've almost never heard my neighbors in either of the two places I've lived (granted they were top floor)
The only cons - music midtown takes over for one weekend a year. Outside the gates you'll encounter plenty of homeless (not so great for joggers). Occasional car break-ins (not unusual for city living). I highly recommend Post Renaissance.
