I have enjoyed living at Post Renaissance immensely. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance calls ALWAYS get fixed immediately. The property is clean, safe, and secure. I always feel safe walking my dog, no matter what time of day or night it is. The security guard really does patrol at night, just like they said he would. Parking is plentiful. The neighborhood outside the gates is a bit sketchy but then again it's located in downtown Atlanta. All in all it has been an extremely pleasant living experience.

just an observation about post properties. decide for yourself.
http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/GA-Atlant very non-descriptive, anonymous, and say the same things. has anybody else ever wondered if apartment complexes talk themselves up on this site?

I strongly believe they do, and they probably should in moderation to balance some of the ridiculous comments like "I saw a roach". But it's always important to read the reviews where people say "NO" to the recommendation. There lies the truth. Although some of these folks write multiple entries so you have to take all of it with a grain of salt, and look for repeated complaints over time or a horrible situaation like Rape, Robbery, Rats, etc.

First of all nobody has ever gotten raped on this property in the three years that I have lived here. I do feel safe and the reviews on here are mostly positive because this IS a great place to live. Move here if you want a great apt and leasing staff.
