Post Renaissance

:( From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Located conveniently next to a homeless shelter so expect to be accosted by homeless people should you ever venture outside the complex. Expect to be harassed during any trip to nearby Piedmont Park, the grocery store, gas station or eateries. The apartments are fine. I've never had any problems with maintenance or the office staff. Parking is great, underground parking under every apt building. Conveniently located near VA Highlands and midtown, but you will pay for the location. I liked my apt but the bums were too annoying so I'm moving to another Post when my lease is up.
