The complex is well kept and the area is well landscaped. It's nice to have a more suburban feel close to the city center. I much prefer this place to many of the places in midtown that make you feel like you're one door on a long hallway like a hotel.
Most residents I've met have been friendly. I've experienced relatively few instances of noisy residents at night. The community seems very pet friendly with residents often out walking their dogs.
The two minor maintenance items I had were promptly taken care of. The grounds and maintenance staff always seams friendly.
My only complaint is the cost. As a student the combine cost of the rent and all utilities is too much for me. (Don't pay late either, a 10% fine on your rent)

It would be helpful to know how much is "too much" when you told about rent plus utilities total. Thanks. |
