Stayed here for 1 year. Decent community, close to downtown free and ample parking. free gas grills. 2 decent sized pools. people are generally friendly. maintenance reply pretty quick.

bad: roach problem in many units. wall is relatively thin. Outside area can be better. 1 female was robbed at gunpoint inside (once).
Management is ok - better than many.

Management correction- A female was hit with a hand and her cell phone taken- while we regret that incident occured,no guns were involved.
