The property management does not fully disclose the crime threat from the homeless communities in the two adjoining parks. I was there four months and there was an assualt and several thefts. While I was there, they installed round mirrors in the corners of stairwells so you could see if anyone was around the corner as you went into garage. However, the garage lighting is very outdated and security is poor. Also, my stove was so hold the clock was not even digital..older building without upgraded appliances, features.

I have lived on this property for almost four years and I do NOT think that the crime is bad. You have crime anywhere in a large city. Each time that an incident happens on the property a letter is placed on the door for residents to alert them. The leasing office does not try to cover up these incidents. As far as the mirrors go that were mentioned in this post...they have been there since I moved in so this is not a recent addition to the property. I will admit that the garage lighting is poor in some corners of the garage but my solution is park in an area that is well lit. Security is not lacking in this complex. The leasing office has hired someone to patrol at nights. I am very impressed with this company because they are very observant. I will admit that the cabinets and the appliances are very updated and need to be replaced. Hopefully Post will upgrade these soon so that they can be more compatible with other properties in the area.

It is clearly stated in your lease agreement that Post is not obligated to provide any information about crime statistics in the area or on the property. Had you asked about it, we would have suggested that you obtain a crime report for the area from the Atlanta Police Department.
We cannot steer anyone into feeling or not feeling "safe" that is a determination that only you can make by thorougly researching the area that you wish to move to.

to respond to postrenaissancemgmt you ought to be ashamed of yourself.. You don't care about your tenants, all you care about is the rent. You yourself want to live in a safe invironment what makes you think that the tenants that live here don't? Im sure when the tenants moved in you were all smiles as you cashed there checks! Now that there in you could care less.
