I do not recommend any POST Property and here is why. The ownership of the properties ranging from the corporation to the individual management simply don't care about their tennants. They will screw you over any chance they get because they see you as a number rather than an individual. I and several of my friends and neighbors experienced this first hand as we were ignored by the management. POST Renaissance was one big frustration after another and made me never want to live in another POST apartment. DONT MOVE HERE!

Wes, we sincerely regret that you feel this way. Regardless of your personal opinion however, we actually do care about our Residents and their satisfaction with living at Post Renaissance. I cannot speak for why you feel this way about ALL Post Properties, but I can assure you that as a company, Resident Satisfaction is extremely important. If you feel that there is something inparticular that we have done to make you so upset, please call me and I will be glad to hear you out. We don't like for people to leave on a bad note.

I've NEVER thought this about the management at Post Renaissance. Everytime I walk in there everyone knows my name and checks in to make sure that I'm doing well. If you have an issue with maintenance, there is a handy man there within the next hour most of the times. I've felt safe and happy since I moved in in April...and I moved here without ever seeing the place. I've never felt "screwed" over in any way nor have I ever felt ignored by the management. These accusations are ridiculous!!

I couldn't disagree more about the management here. They're always very nice to me and my roommate and they're usually very helpful about anything you need. When my rent was late once, they allowed me to pay a smaller fee then normal as a warning rather than the full amount. I've lived here from over a year, and while I may not be renewing my lease because I may moving, I enjoyed my stay here and I'd recommend it above most of the other apartment complexes in the area.

PR may have its problems, it is pricey and the kitchen appliances are old but they work and maintenance has always responded promptly for me. But I think management is great. They know your name, they're friendly and I think they do care about you. Im going on my third year there so obviously I'm satisfied.
