I lived at Post Renaissance for one year and enjoyed every minute of it. I only moved because I relocated out of state. I never had any issues with parking, neighbors, safety or staff. They have nice, clean laundry facilities for those that need them. It was always quiet and it is prime location without paying the true midtown price. I highly recomend checking out Post Renaissance.
