I have lived in Post Ridge for 4 1/2 years. The management has always going far beyond the call of duty and the maintenance staff has always been quick to get things fixed quickly. They even fix problems that other complexes would not bother with. An example is the white kitchen cabinet doors started turning off white. They went into every apartment and refinished the cabinet doors. The only problems have been the lack of parking around the 600 building and it can get noisy with planes landing at Dobbins. Parking is not a problem around other buildings.
