Great Deal for the Money

I have lived at Post Ridge for a year and a half. I will be leaving next month for a location closer to my job, not for any negatives associated with Post.
Positives
24 hour Maintenance line. I only had 1 maintenance issue in a year and half. I called with a toilet overflowing in the middle of the night. It was fixed by 8:30 the next morning. (And on a Sunday!)
Maintenance staff leaves notes after entering apartment with picture id of staff that attended to problem.
Wonderful Interior in Apartments
Built in speakers wired for surround sound in living room AND Bedrooms.
Phone, Cable and DSL lines in EVERY Room
(Even the kitchen!)
Very nice extras for the price.
Walls are fairly insulated. Never had a problem with noise.
BEAUTIFUL landscaping in community constantly kept up. Also very dog friendly community with no problems associated with it.
Only two notes: Building 600 has parking problems at times. Not enough spaces at times. Tenants make do though.
Near Dobbins so you will hear the occasional low flying jet. Not a big deal though.
I would definitely recommend this community!
