Think twice before leasing here

I lived in this apartment complex for a couple of years and was semi satisfied. I lived in the 600 building where parking was terrible. They recently had a leak on one of the top floors and it caused damage to the apartments below. Maintance was very quick about responding, but some of the leasing office staff weren't that nice, especially if I had a question about my lease or was calling in to report a maintance problem. I had the unfortunate experience of living below someone that was very loud and it took the leasing office a month before they even sent a letter asking them to keep it down. If you do decide to live here, make sure that you live on a top floor.

I agree with this review:
Leasing staff is unresponsive and abrupt. Construction quality of apartments is just really poor. Easy to hear neighbors and almost every sound from resident upstairs. Was often disturbed by loud music in the middle of the night. Leasing staff gave some lip service to complaints but didn't take any action on that.

I can sympathize with this review. We did live above and we did have at least 3 leaks that flooded the apartment below us. All were due to poor toilet maintenance -- not replacing the floats regularly and not replacing the wax seals after making repairs. Even though we lived above others (not this reviewer we were in another building) the people below us did not seem to understand the concept of weekdays go to bed by midnight...
