The prices here are ridiculous for what you get. Parking is bad. The leasing manager is difficult to work with and can be rude and condescending. Maintenance is good and responds in a timely manner. People who live here aren't very friendly. Lots of foreigners. You can hear noise from people walking in halls. I lived on the second level and heard noise from resident above.
