Management is getting worse and worse by the day

What was a pleasant experience for the first couple of years here has turned into a real disappointment. Attractive place. Good security (despite what some have said). Great location. For a while there, I wasn't able to keep straight who the manager was. She kept changing every few months. Well, now the manager has been there for about a year so far. Why she is kept there is beyond me. She and her staff have no concept of customer service. Rude. Disrespectful. Snobby. Their last concerns are those of the tenants. I am glad to be out of there now.

I think this reviewer has a legit complaint... Post is living on its past reputation and I suspect very shortly, unless dramatic changes occur, they are going to over price themselves... public companies are known for living by their bottom line with pride and customer disservice response sits on the bottom of the list for most of the middle mgrs who spend their days reigning in employees who have no fear of being fired... Never lived where you had to give 60 days notice and if you changed your mind they would stick you with an outrages increase as much as 20%.

I just moved out of Post Ridge yesterday and whole heartedly agree with the original post! I lived there for 2 years and didn't have a lot of issues with the property. Post Ridge is a well kept community, everything is always clean, the landscaping is excellent, and the residents are pleasant. The only issue I have with the property is the manager. As the original rightfully says the manager is extremely arrogant and is very quick to say no to any request. One would think that the manager would be the primary person concerned about customer service and make sure operations are handled to the satisfaction of the residents. However, time and time again it's been made clear to me that all she wants to do is show that she has the last word. She does not try to thing outside the box and come up with alternatives to solve a problem but rather shuts down an issue by simply saying "NO". I wonder when the higher ups will notice that this manager is hurting their business.
