I toured the one bedroom in Phase 1 today (815 sq. ft) and loved the small details included in it...the trey ceilings, arched doorway that leads into the living area, surround sound speakers, and the programmable a/c. Only 2 things I saw that I wished they had done differently were a) put a pantry in the kitchen...Lori the lady who showed me around said that most residents use a bakers rack for that kind of stuff and b) the full size washer/dryer connections are in the foyer which seems a bit odd but I guess I could get used to that. I do like the fact that I would have my own balcony (I currently share with someone now), but the other thing is their outrageous pet deposit fee which only $150 of that is refundable. That is the only thing keeping me from immediately signing a lease there. Also, I do like the fact that if my parents wanted to come in from Texas to spend time with me, they can rent a furnished apartment there for $75 a night. Any of you on here ever tried one of those' Anyway, Going to keep this on my top 3 apartment complexes and keep looking.
