No issues in 6 months of living here. Moved for job relocation and am moving out to buy a house. I paid extra to live on top floor so noise is not an issue. Apartment was nice, grounds well maintained and never had any issues with neighbors, management or apartment itself. When I first moved in there was a break-in but haven't heard of anything since. Security gates always worked and they even hired rent-a-cops to watch exit for two days when damaged.

I woudl recommend this to anyone looking for an apt. My advice- pay a little extra and live on the top floor!

I lived there when you did and you must be smoking mushrooms. The incident you are referring to about the gate was indeed handled with a rent a cop however the gate cards consistently did not work. Read my review for nightmare at windy ridge experience... we had plenty of others but those were the notable... BTW I lived there for 2 years. First year because we were told 13 month lease was required and turned out it was not. The second because we were saving to move. Our rent started at about $1,000 per month and we were paying over $1300 when we left. Topping that off we left 5 days early and made an appointment to meet with check-out person who did not show up. We were instructed to OK the move out sheet that there would be no charges... Only to get a bill from the corporate HQ for an additional $39. We had to pay for ceiling fans that they refused to give back saying that the charge was for the install not the fan -- $175 per fan -- plus we had to pay for light kits on the fans that were there... RIP OFF is a better term.
