Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I have lived at Post Ridge for the past two years and am only moving now because my rent has gone up to almost $1100 a month. I've never had any issues. My upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker, but that's about it. I've always felt safe, leasing agents have always been very nice. I did have one issue with them not coming once to fix some problems in the apartment after I put a request in online, after I called and asked it was fixed by the time I got home from work that evening. I would stay if the rent weren't so high, it's a little much for Cobb country, but other than that I've liked it at Post Ridge very much.
