Great place, horrible staff

I lived here for a while, and the only problems we ever had were with the staff.
The maintenance staff- I called them to say that one toilet wasn't flushing. I was in a 3BR/3BA, so I instructed them that it was the one in the first bedroom upstairs. I came home and found a note on our downstairs bathroom from the staff saying the problem had been fixed. I called to let them know that they had fixed the wrong toilet and gave even more specific instructions as to which toilet it was (hint guys, try to flush the toilet. If it works, then its probably one of the others!) and they again "fixed" the wrong one. So frustrating!
The leasing staff- Our leasing agent was very nice and polite and fun. However, when we signed the lease we were not sure if we were going to extend it for a few months longer than the standard 12 month lease. We asked very specifically if our rent would go up if we decided to extend for a few months through the summer. He very clearly told us NO. Well we did decide that we wanted to stay through the summer and when we informed the office they said that there is no way they could maintain our pricing for 3 months. Now, we should have been smart and gotten the promise in writing, however, we still were lied to. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
