Quit looking. You've come to the right place.

I know, I know...there are a lot of places that have a lot cheaper rent for the same square footage. And some with this same convenient location. So ask yourself - why is Post able to rent these apartments out for so much more and keep the buildings occupied'

Because it's the best apartment complex in the area, that's why. My daughter just renewed her lease for one more year because she spent the last 90 days trying to find less expensive living accommodations and discovered for herself the truth of the following statement: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Fortunately she discovered it before moving away from Post Ridge.

Is it perfect' Of course not. But whoever's writing these crazy reviews saying there's a lot of crime here is obviously confused. I don't live here, but I've been in and out enough over the last year taking care of her cats when she's out of town to know that this is a very safe location.

Here's another thing to consider before you say they're too expensive - right now people need to really take into consideration the location of their homes with the price of gas so incredibly high. If one of the reasons you are looking at this location is because of its close proximity to your place of work, know that the only way you'll get comparable housing at a significantly lower price is to go so far out that you'll probably spend the difference in the monthly rent on gas alone, not to mention the wear and tear on your car.

My daughter feels very safe here and is very happy. The rent is a bit of a squeeze for her, but as everyone knows - if you're miserable where you live it impacts every part of your life. Conversely, if you know that at the end of the day you will be returning to a place of peace and serenity, that's money well spent.

Is there any way you can give me a piece of useful information? I am considering moving to PR. Are there any bug problems at Post Ridge? I would be very unhappy if there were. Thank you for your help.
