The apartments are small...like really small and priced high but honestly it is because of the area. You are located right next to the the 75 and the 285, easy access to Cobb Parkway and Cumberland Mall. For the area, which gets sketchy when traveling towards Marietta (Windy Hill Road), which is like 5 min away (2 stop lights going down Powers Ferry Road, it is not bad. You can find cheaper apartments in the area with larger square feet..but ummm...the residents are questionable.

Office Staff: Normally I am all for people in a Cust Serv position. Customers can be annoying and want miracles. But seriously I don't know what is really good with these folks. I've never been to a place where the Manager...that's right Manager has an 'tude. LOL. I don't know what her problem is but ummm clearly it is something. Follow up is a joke---unless you walk in the office on a Saturday when they are showing other people an apartment.

Maintenance: You will need to get stuff repaired. Bottom line. They have shoddy pipes that leak behind the walls and cause water spots (mostly in the bathroom). The pipe in the shower is detaching from the wall, I have spots in the kitchen and in the living room. Moved in and saw huge dead roaches but you can get your apartment sprayed once a week to take care of that. The staff doesn't leave notes when they enter your apartment or "fix" things, so I had to call back a few times because "fixed" things were still broken. Not sure if this matters to people but ummm don't leave anything valuable out just in case.

Size: Small. If you can deal with an older apartment, there are apartments on Akers Mill that give you more square feet..it just doesn't "look" as nice on the outside.

Noise: You don't really hear much neighbor noise but prepare yourself for the army planes.... I mean it sounds like they are coming right at your apartment.

Safety: Haven't had any issues. There are some folks that tailgate other cars to get in but haven't heard of any problems except the Methlab they discovered.

Parking: You will find a spot. Not necessarily in the area where you live but close (i.e. a couple of feet away from your general building)

Construction: I know they cut corners. Who doesn't. See Maintenance for explanation.

Overall: Post properties are nicer than others (I've seen 3 of them so far and they seem really nice) but with good always comes some negative
