I am relocating to a different Post property closer to downtown, but my 12 month lease at Post Ridge was very enjoyable and mostly worry free. It is clean, has great landscaping, and a great demographic of young professionals and new families. I never once witnessed a burglary or saw cops on the premises for negative purposes. The maintenance staff is immediate, although it sometimes takes a second or third work order to have a maintenance issue properly corrected. Complex is 50ft away from some great restaurants and a fantastic wine bar. I highly recommend a visit to the V2 Wine Room. Great wines for great prices, fun tastings, etc. Great access to I-75, 285, and Cobb Parkway. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
