Great place if you want to live next door to a methlab.

Has had a lot of break ins and people getting stuff stolen. Also Cobb County Police found and closed down a Methlab on the property. Also the office staff is of very little help. For safety reasons I would look elsewhere.

Yes the police did find a meth lab in one if the apartments but that's not the fault of management. The people in question were identified and shut down. Post Ridge is a quiet and peaceful place. Ive been living here for 3 years and have never had a breakin, car jacking, or any othe security issue. Management has always been quick at letting the residents know if there's been a security breach at one of the apartments. They've even gone to the extent of hiring security guards when the main gate was broken. Who ever wrote this review obviously wrote it because of some personal issue with a member of the managment team.

Any idea which apt the meth lab was found in? Looked at these apartments recently and am interested, but for obvious biological concerns, I don't want to live in a former drug lab.

It was in the building across from the 800 building. I was living in the 800 building at the time, and one morning when I was running late for work, I watched it go down - cops, fire dept., hazmat, the works. I honestly wasn't terribly bothered by the revelation, since I didn't know there was a meth lab before the raid occurred. This incident was not management's fault (there are so few things I can legitimately say that about.) But if I'd been living in that building, I may have felt a lot differently.
