My husband and I have lived at Post Ridge for two years now. We moved from a horrible apartment complex near by. Post Ridge is a complete change! The office staff has been very friendly from day one. Any request we have, they quickly take care of them. I am not sure where these other people get the idea that managament is rude! Sounds like people not paying rent or other issues with the staff. The maintenance staff completes all of our requests very quickly and are very nice. We also have a dog and it is a very dog friendly community. We would highly recommend Post Ridge!

Sounds like a fake review to me. I lived there for 3 years and I know what I encountered. It's a very nice place, but the office staff was just plain rude and difficult. Maybe if I baked cookies for them like this other reviewer, they might have liked me more. Hmm.

First off, I am an elementary school teacher. People can have different opinions. This website is for all opinions & reviews. You both obviously are entitled to your opinions. Please leave me out of your issues with the office!!

To the original poster: No wonder you are so desperate to "show that people do enjoy living at Post Ridge!" to quote yourself..its even a child's guess that you work for the management..Please get out of living on food stamps and other people's hard earned tax money. I seriously doubt that you have decent a job.

Post Spring has almost the exact same post......it says...."My husband and I have lived at Post Spring for almost a year now. We moved from a horrible apartment complex near by. Post Spring is complete change! The office staff has been very friendly from day one. They had just gotten a new manager when we moved in and she is very helpful in resolving any issues we have had. The landscaping is beautiful, we live in a building with palm trees and tons of flowers. The maintenance staff gets all our request done quickly and are very nice. The only thing we don t like is the Internet speed. It is slower then it should be. We don t want to pay more for BellSouth. We also have a little dog and it is a very dog-friendly community. We would highly recommend Post Spring!"
