For 2 years, I had absolute peace in this place. However, this last year has been hell. Yes, the grounds are beautiful and the maintenance is wonderful, but the rent has gotten extremely high as compared to other Post apartment complexes. There are loud and noisy neighbors who continue to be raucous despite the many security complaints. There are more break-ins than normal and Cobb County Police found someone making and selling drugs out of their apartment. The management is rude, uncaring, and unconcerned about its residents. I can never find parking near my building. Overall, I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay in Post Ridge. I am glad to be moving out of this place.
