Everyting you see when finding an apartment was great here.
Safety, noise from the outside area, ground, parking, office staff, etc. All good.
However, I would not recommend this facility if you are planning to rent a unit in the first or second floor.
Construction is poor, so you virtually can hear every step made from your upper floor.
This means that you gonna have a big trouble with your neighbor.
If you can bear banging noise from the ceilings, or you can somehow get 3rd floor unit, then go.
