I don't know if it's just my location, but we have never heard another neighbor! (top floor on the end) So while i'm sure the other complaints about noise are valid, be sure if you move her to check out the exact unit and live on the 4th floor. We had a few maintenance issues and I called the office with maintenance coming within 24 hours. There's always ample room in the parking deck, I love my view, the hardwoods are nice and so far everything's up to par. I only wish they offered washer/dryers and ceiling fans, had more computers in their resident office, and put the cable outlets against the walls instead of in the middle of the room on the floor!
