but i've driven by in recent months and talk about major construction! one of the appealing points about post woods was the "nature" surrounding and enveloping the complex.
pros
-very easy access to great walking paths along the chattahoochie river.
-two pools, one being very private and fun with other residents
-good workout room
-easy access to 75 & 285
-pond with great walking path in the complex
-trash conveniently located, easy access
-very nice maintenance staff
-gorgeous landscaping
cons
-older property, needs serious facelift inside
-unbending whatsoever on leases (monthly rent could not exceed 1/3 of income-funny, if you get LAID OFF this rule doesn't apply anymore)
-traffic traffic traffic
-you can smell 75/285 in the morning
-very typical, the leasing staff is oozing with southern pleasantries but that honeymoon ends
-the trend, 60 day notice to vacate - very demanding and such an interesting way to suck money from people who relocate for work
A few years ago I would have recommended this place but they are wayyyy overpriced for such an old complex. SOOOoo many new complexes around the area for better prices. Sorry Post, gotta keep up with Jones like all us corporate dawgs!
