When I first moved in here a few years ago, this apartment complex had high standards. My neighbors were decent people who you could talk to and get to know and this was a really nice community. Now, Premier Gardens is not so pleasant. If you wake up out of your sleep because your neighbor is getting beat up or you hear children crying and the police is in your complex walking around like they are residents, then you know things have definately changed. The staff in the leasing office changes almost every month and you are lucky if your maintenance requests get attended to. I now find myself trying to avoid my neighbors because I do not want to be the witness of suspicious people carrying out unusual transactions. The apartments themselves look nice and if Premier Gardens raises their standards back to where they were and remove the riff raff they allowed to come here then this complex would again be a nice place to live.
