Premier Garden lease policy for the patio is that nothing but patio furniture is allow on the patio. I counted 8 patio, with bar -b-que grills on them, others with 10 speed bicycles, mops and brooms but management pick and choose who they want to send letter out to for $50 penalty. My building is infested with carpenter bees to the fact that you can't come out of your door. I researched the bees on the internet and it states that male carpenter bees don't sting but the femals bees do. I physical counted close to 20 bees on my steps along. Management refuse to do anything about it. When I moved in, I put some boxes on the patio as I was unpacking while I was unpacking I received a noticed saying I was storing boxes on the patio. I only put the boxes there until I I got finish unpacking but was going to move them before night.
