My mom is a current tenant at Bent Creek and if I could do something to break her lease then i would. The appearance looks good but the tenants are horrible. There are alot of section 8 housing tenants there that have bad kids roaming around the neighborhood all times of the night. They constantly pull the fire alarm and it takes the fire department forever to get there and turn it off. The tenants are constantly shooting guns right otuside the building. The "supposed to be" security guard is the one that causes the commotion with the neighborhood kids running in and out his house. They constantly slam doors that shakes the whole building when it does. The lady in the office claims she will file a report on the unruly tenants but nothing ever gets done. There have been multiple breakins and the police often has a road block outside the apartments. Its definately not safe if you have children or you are a senior citizen.
