THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AT THIS PARTICULAR OFFICE. IF IT WAS LEFT UP TO ME I WOULD FIRE MRS.BROWN AND HER ASSISTANT MRS.TAYLOR. NO PROFESSIONAL ANSWERS THE PHONE ON THE SPEAKER.
