preserve at bent creek is not a good or safe place to live there is no security,the management stinks, they steal the tenants payments,they over charge the tenants for water and sewage, there are a lot of car thefts and burglaries, some of the buildings have mold and mildew, some of the units have even flooded from poor construction, they also have problems with roaches, spiders, and centipedes, after two years the management will cancel your lease for no apparent reason, the section8 tenants are not the problem it's the management TAWANZA TAYLOR(SHE DEVIL), poor maintenance. and they are moving people in without being screened,this place will be another bankhead courts or jonesboro south by summer 2008 so if you have a section8 voucher i plead with you take it some where else.the little security they did have was engaging in the thefts,the car break ins ,all he ever did was pull people's cars in that were illegally parked.there are people being robbed ,and shot on the property, it is supposed to be a gated community but people from other apartments come in through pathways and commit crimes, the apartments are very nice and spacious,but the apartments are very poorly manageded ,so banyan if you read our comments please do something right away.the security gate is never working,the kids play and swing on the gates everyday, the management comes into your resident without notice,they harrass you from time to time when they can't get extra money out of you for no apparent reason, some body please help us!,because people are moving in and moving right back out.
