For all those who misread the other comments, DONOT, I moved here Nov 07 and cannot wait until my lease is over, Yes there are gun shots all night and it not just coming from AppleTree which is on Campbelton Road, Management is very unprofessional, cats everywhere, Garbage everywhere. Yes they will stick you with fees $300 ($100 late fee $200 eviciton notice fee) if you are 1 day late and will be ready to put out, Not safe at all, People living in 1 bedrooms with 7-9 people in a 1 bedroom and yes I mean 7 to 9 people or any given day. I donot have roaches in my apartment becuase I was luckily enough to move in when they were brand new and my neighbors appear to be clean to, but I have a friend that leaves on the side where the leasing office is and it is infested. Management is not doing a thing. They also did allow pets when I first move in, now all of sudden pets are not allowed. This place is a HOT MESS! Price is Good but you Pay for what you GET
