I have been trying to get the information for their corporate office forever and no one in the leasing office would help me. I had to contact the last two owners of the apartments in order to find out who owns it now. I have had several problems with these apartments such as attempted break-ins, damage to my car, damage to the property and the list goes on..... I have been as patient with the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL ASS people in the leasing office as I can be. I finally contacted corporate about the issues and let them know that I needed to get out of my lease due these reasons.

From what I heard, there's an investor looking to purchase the complex and going to do drastic changes to make it 100 times better than what it is now. I don't think they are going to have them as apartments and maybe as condos...don't know for sure. As far as security concerned, I really hope the new owners add something for our safety. Continue to let them know what we think so new owners will make the changes needed cause landlords, etc. do read our messages.
