THIS APARTMENT IS TERRIBLE..THE GATES NEVER WORK AND THERE ARE DRUG DEALERS ALWAYS WALKING THREW THE WOODS FROM OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA. MY CAR WAS BROKE INTO AND I HAVE SEEN OTHER PEOPLE CARS SITTING ON BRICKS IN THE MORNING BCUZ SOMEONE STOLE THEY RIMS.

I know exactly what you mean. I was warned by other tenets while i was signing my lease, and didn't listen. The trash is piled in front of the trash shutte making it impossible to properly dispose of garbage, therefore it attracts alot of bugs and smells like a land field. You can hear gun shots at least 3 times a week in the complex. There is so much loitering by the guys who stay home while their sugnificent other and moms work all day, it hard to enter your apartment with out squeezing pass them, because they are not trying to clear the path when you say excuse me. The mold made my whole family sick, I have to wipe my window panes down with clorox at least twice a month. The management "Miss Taylor" is as nasty as she wanna be! Don't let me forget to tell you that management will enter your house WITHOUT a work order and steal. One of their horny maintence men were recently fired for stealing out of the tenets home. I had a money order that i thought was safe in my home missing. I live alone and there was no evidence of a break in. The gates are still not working, the drug dealers are on the rise especally since a lot of the new tenets are former natives of bowen homes housing projects and there are more to come. Im breaking my lease, forget this! I would reveal my idenity but i still reside there. In hell that is!!!
