I lived here for almost a year and its been ok yes the staff is rude and nasty. maintenance is sorry all they do is drive golf carts around the property. bugs were a serious problem at move in and my neighnor helped my with it not the staff here. Its constant fighting and my neighbor get her ass beat almost every night noone cares yea there are break ins and i have not seen a officer at all on the property unless they lookin for someone hiding thats running. great place to hide when fleeing from the law. pets are here even thought not allowed and kids throw bricks from the top of the hill to other peoples cars and bust the windshields. They beat on your door askin to take out the trash and keep comming back lil j's. lol. I dont know anyone and dont want to this way i dont become a target. police and ambulance are always pickin up somebody hurt i stay in the house away from it all and the sec 8 tenants keep up all the fuss and trouble. I have not seen any drug dealers or people outside since they inforced the curfew but i dont be out late only early. if u can find better do it!

IVE BEEN A RESIDENT HERE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS,,,I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYWAY TO MOVE HERE...THE MANAGER MRS TAYLOR IS RUDE...MY MONEY ORDERS WERE STOLEN MY WATER BILLS NEVER COME AND WHEN THEY DO ITS A RIDICULOUS AMOUT THAT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED...IM CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND CLARK HOWARD TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE UNFAIR PRACTICES THIS COMMUNITY IS DOING...THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT YOUR RENT SO YOU CAN GET A 300 LATE FEE WHEN UR WATER BILL MAY BE IN DISPUTE....ALSO THE SECURITY HARRASES YOU...MY APARTMENT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE AND MY CAR WAS STOLEN....NOT TO 4GET TO MENTION THE MOLD AND MILDEW IN THE APARTMENTS AND ALL THE UNANSWERD MAINTENANCE CALLS...THEY HARRASS YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE CRIMINALS BUT NEVER ACTUALLY ATTACK THE CRIMINALS....THEY SET UP ROAD BLOCKS IN THE COMPLEX BUT WONT EVEN DO THEIR PART AS MANAGERS....MRS.MORIAH AND MRS RUSH ARE JUST EMPLOYEES AND THEY ARE SWEET BUT WORKING FOR THE CROOKS OF PRESERVE AT BENT CREEK WILL GIVE THEM A BAD REP.... PAY CASH MONEY EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS ON TIME EACH MONTH AND THEY DONT APPRECIATE IT...ITS CRAZY.....
