Pretty nice, but expensive

Post Oak, like most Post properties, is well-kept and fairly luxurious, for an apartment. We felt like this complex didn't have too many obnoxious Emory undergrads, even though it isn't that far away from the campus. The only flaw in amenities is that there is no alarm system, though we didn't have any incidents in the year we lived there.
Our other complaint was the pet policy, which, at the time we lived there, allowed pets under 25 lbs. and at least one year old. We found this a little too restrictive, especially when there seemed to be at least a few people for whom "exceptions" had been made.
