We've been in Post Oak for less than a year, and we absolutely love it. Very well maintained and well-kept. Very safe and secure. The complex is quite small compared with others in the neighbourhood, which gives it a nice feel. Maybe a little expensive, but well worth it for the extras that you get - 9ft ceilings, great floor plans, balconies, nice kitchens, great windows/blinds. etc.
The grounds are really gorgeous, with a tennis court, barbeques, urban vegetable gardens, and a small pool. The exercise room is a little small, but OK.
The office staff has been very helpful and friendly and helped us settle in very easily. Post Oak is very close to shopping, etc., and is perfectly located for getting onto the I-85 and onto other major roads.
Nothing bad to say - recommend 100%!!!
