I lived in this complex for about a year until January 2005. It is billed as luxury living, but falls very shy of that billing. It's disappointing at best, and you have to realize that the units are old and the residents are loud and obnoxious. You'll be lucky if they aren't blocking the road in front of the mailbox b/c they are too lazy to walk to their box, or because they are so busy talking on the phone that they don't give a care about others. If you have kids, be EXTRA careful b/c the speed limit is not enforced, in fact there's no sign posted and people drive recklessly. You will NOT be seeing a courtesy officer anywhere so don't expect anyone to come and break up the house party going on in the parking lot or tell kids to turn off the loud bass pumping music . The air conditioning doesn 't work well at all and the apartments are the opposite of energy efficient. Post charges you a "fee" for sending you a bill every month....that's just another way to get more money out of you. The staff is nice, but the response is the golden retriever....be nice but do nothing about the real issues.
Parking is HORRIBLE. If you have a family, live somewhere else. If you don't have a family live somewhere else. Something's funny with the water pipes too. Yuck.
