IM STAYING HERE FOR PAST 1 YEAR AND I DONT FACE ANY PROBLEM IN POST OAK. EVERYTING IS GREAT. MAINATENANCE PEOPLE ARE EFFICIENT AND THEY WILL REPAIR THE PROBLEM WITHIN THE DAY I CALL. VERY PEACEFUL AND I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH NEIGHBOURS. THE RENT IS VERY EXPENSIVE BUT THN WORTH TO STAY
