Nice but noisy

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have lived in Post for a year now, but will not be renewing my lease. The buildings are not well insulated and my bedroom is usually about 10 degrees colder than my bathroom, only 7 feet away. The floorplans are great and the place is very clean, but I can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do - above me, below me, and next door. I wake up every Sunday at 7 am to the guy above me singing at the top of his lungs. My car was broken into in the fall since the fence around the complex is very low on the Briarcliff side. Overall the experience has been fine, but if you don't want to hear your neighbor's surround sound, piano, barking dog, crying baby, footsteps, alarm clock, cell phone conversation as they walk up and down the stairs, don't live here.
