The first year was great. The units are nice. This past year has been rotten. The smell of dog ---- is everywhere. Drunk people in the parking lot every Friday and Saturday night yelling at the top of their lungs and stomping up and down the stairs. Poor service since the new office staff came in. Parking is terrible. Rent increase for renewal is absurd.
