I had been a Post Property tenant for over 10 years (rented for the 1st time 5/90) and I felt I needed a change so I moved to another complex in 2000 but stayed only for 2 years and I moved back to what used to be Post Park on 3311 Flowers Rd. After North Pointe Park (badly rated since Post left if you care to research)I was forced to move as the upkeep was awful. I moved to Post Oak on 10/05 because I knew that I could get from Post what I was paying for in my lease but this property has also been sold & is now the PRESERVE AT BRIARCLIFF. Once again I'm experiencing the same situation I experienced at North Park Pointe. Since Post left the maintenance of the MAINTENANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE is dismal (whereas Post used to have the groundskeepers come out once a week, THERE IS CURRENTLY NO LANDSCAPING DONE ON A REGULAR BASIS and all the beautiful flowers that Post used to plant are long gone (POST left in March,2007). The breezeways used to be swept weekly and since Post left, THE BREEZEWAYS ARE NOT SWEPT, much less hosed down. The ENTRANCE GATE IS CURRENTLY BROKEN, SO WE ARE NOT A GATED COMMUNITY. The CAR WASH IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING (but I did not receive any notice from the front office that we would no longer have that amenity which is part of my leasing agreement). I drove to the car wash and there was no water)additionally someone (vandalism, any one can come in to the property as the gate is open) tore one of the hoses off the ceiling at the car wash and when I reported it this past Sunday, no one bothered to shut the water off which was coming from the opening where the hose used to be (which the cost of the wasted water I will be partially paying for). No one returned my call regarding the water being wasted. Maintenance, unlike Post, will not respond withing 24 hours to my requests. When the Preserve took over, I requested that they spray for bugs and it took them over 3 weeks to honor my request.
